What is club dancing?

Club dancing blends rhythm, freestyle movement, and social energy into one expressive experience. It’s not about memorizing choreography—it’s about learning how to move naturally and comfortably, no matter your background or skill level.

Types of club dancing we teach:

Social Dances:
Learn fun partner styles like Salsa, Bachata, and Swing—perfect for social events and dance parties. These dances are taught in a welcoming group format, with or without a partner.
Freestyle:
Express yourself through movement with no set choreography. These classes focus on flow, confidence, and interpreting different genres of music in your own unique style.
Beginner-Friendly Foundations:
New to dance? We’ve got you covered. Our beginner-level classes build confidence from day one, focusing on core steps, rhythm, and natural movement—all taught at your pace.

Wellness through dance

Our Wellness Dance Program uses the fundamentals of ballroom dancing and personalized instruction as a supportive method to improve chronic and acute conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, depression, and more.

Through this program, students enhance physical mobility, build confidence, foster teamwork, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of structured movement and social interaction.

Sessions are led by Dr. Claire Warren and Registered Nurse & Instructor Martha (CT/RI), who provide a brief consultation to customize your dance course to meet your needs and goals. Once scheduled, both the student and studio commit to a consistent, personalized appointment structure.
